'The Tea Room' Jayco Expanda 6 Berth Caravan @ Robe, South Australia

Our 2017 van is very clean, modern and spacious. It is compact to tow but after an easy set up, it provides spacious accommodation. It has great heating and cooling with a good sized fridge and cupboards to stock up on goodies. Internal storage options are abundant to help keep the van tidy.

• Minimum 3 night bookings off peak if set up required subject to our availability. Minimum 5 night bookings peak time (school holidays etc) Please note, we wish to keep the van in great condition. Any bookings agreed are subject to approval based on discussion.If you wish to tow, we will consider amount of nights, distance, wear and tear factors, towing experience.
• At maximum capacity it sleeps up to five adults and 3 smaller children but we would advise a max of 6 for comfort.. It has 2 double beds that expand outside the caravan but have a heavy canvas enclosure so feel very secure. They can be unzipped on all sides leaving fly mesh, so a wonderful opportunity to see the stars. A hard shell covers each bed end. They have sprung mattresses in excellent condition. It has a bunk bed. The lower bunk is suitable for any person up to 6 foot. The top bunk is suitable for a smaller child due to weight restriction. The table can fold down into a further bed for two small children. We can provide a double deluxe swag and 2 single swags (2018 as new) at an extra cost should you require more sleeping options. We can provide complimentary bedding (duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases). All would be cleanly laundered. Or you may choose to bring your own. We holiday with a teenager who prefers to sleep outside in his swag but use the van facilities in the daytime.
• Dog owners – Welcome to have outside the van but dogs are not allowed in the van alternatively, I also offer a service to look after your pooch whilst you are in our area. $20 per night inc quality food, comfy bedding, lots of attention, access to a big enclosed rear yard and a big walk. So you can enjoy your holiday whilst I make sure your beloved pet is well looked after.
• Payment in full required pre stay. Strictly no smoking within the caravan.
• Pets are fine by negotiation as long as they are set up under the awning and are not allowed within the van. I also offer a sitting service.
• Awning must be closed during high winds and storms.
• Towing experience required if towing and 12 point electronic break controller must be fitted to your vehicle. Caravan not to be taken on four wheel drive only tracks, use graded dirt roads for short distance access only.
• No cooking of greasy or smelly food within the van.
• We are happy to tow it to one of the lovely caravan parks at Robe subject to the hirer having a confirmed booking and site allocated. It is up to the hirer to inform any caravan park of number of persons using the site. We are happy to set up and meet/greet at an agreed time. We are happy to tow to private land subject to receiving confirmation from the land owner that permission has been granted. You would need an electricity supply.
• This is a modern family owned van and we hope that apart from having a great holiday, you will treat it kindly and help to keep it in great condition. We understand accidents happen though, so just be upfront with us and we will reach an agreed resolution. Long term hire by negotiation at reduced rates.
