nOur caravan named “Heidi’s Home” is partially renovated inside with curtains to all windows, comfortable “large double” bed in separate bedroom + L shaped lounge which can convert to an extra bed if required + separate dining table with seating for 4

n$200/week for 4 weeks+
n$170/week for 8 weeks+
n$150/week for 12 weeks+
n$130/week for 16 weeks+

nYou will need access to power if you wish to operate the small fridge and a couple of the lights.
nThere are no cooking facilities and no cooking is allowed inside the van.
nThe caravan will be setup onsite for you and will require very flat land or a concrete pad. Once setup the caravan can not be moved.
nThis is a full size van so will not fit under a standard carport.
n1 air conditioner unit can be installed if hiring for 8 weeks+.
nSetup charge per hire within 40km of Maroochydore is $100 and includes pickup at end of hire.
nBond of $800.
nHirer must clean the caravan inside and outside to the same standard as upon start of hire, otherwise cleaning will be charged at cost of $50 per hour (minimum charge $200) and deducted from the bond.
nInsurance excess of $600.
nPickup on the last day of hire will be at an agreed time between 11am and 2pm and the hirer must be present upon collection to hand over keys.
