Luxury 40 Foot Motorhome

Luxury Onsite Accommodation.

Due to it's size our Motorhome is ideally suited as short or long term Luxury Onsite Accommodation.

We deliver to site and set up as required.

We no longer offer self drive hire.

It has been used on remote work sites, race tracks, remote wedding accommodation, trade show display facility and general holiday accommodation. Also available as emergency accommodation following fire or flood damage to you existing property possible covered by your home insurance.You name it,we should be able to help.

It was built in Victoria in 2007 by an experienced coach builder.

It is fully self contained with 1000 litres of fresh water and grey water holding tanks. It has a remote start generator that is only required to run the air conditioners,dishwasher and washing machine when plug in power is unavailable. The rest of the time it can run from the solar system.

Due to it's height it provides excellent views from the forward living areas.

Full size bathroom with Standard flush toilet.

Large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher,gas stove and cook top.

Cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, linen etc available

Full size fridge and freezer and microwave in Kitchen

Block out privacy blinds on all windows

Fly screens on all opening windows

TV in both living area and main bedroom

Stereo/DVD player in living room

Separate main bedroom with Queen Bed

One set of single bunk beds

2 reverse cycle air conditioners

Solar power

5KVA generator

Front load washing machine/dryer

2 x External awning

Can sleep up to 6 using convertible front lounge

Outside Barbeque and lighting

Outdoor table and chairs

Fully enclosed trailer for storage if required at additional cost.

Can arrange pick up and delivery of passengers to onsite location.(Max 8)

Access to site needs to be considered due to size and weight.

It is 12 m long, 2.4m wide and 4.3 m high, weighing approx 20 tonne.

We are located near Bathurst NSW and charge a per km delivery rate.

Your insurance is included in our price but in the event of a claim you will be responsible for the excess.

A fully refundable cleaning/security deposit will be charged with each booking.

When making and enquiry please provide the following.

1.The exact address where the Motorhome will be placed.

2. The exact dates and time for delivery and pickup

3. The number of people who will be using the Motorhome. Please feel free to tell us about yourselves.

4. If Power (2 x 10 amp 240 v supplies) Water and Waste Disposal services are available 

5. If access is suitable for such a large and heavy vehicle.

6. Please ensure you have permission to park at you desired location before making a booking.
